Skim coat plaster over 1/2” blueboard on all ceilings except as noted. Garage will have 5/8” fire-rated blueboard on ceiling.
Smooth finish in all rooms except garage.
PAINTS & STAINS:
Sherwin Williams or equivalent.
INTERIOR WALL PAINT:
2 coats latex paint, 5 colors.
INTERIOR TRIM PAINT:
1 coat latex primer, 2 coat latex finish (semi-gloss), 1 color.
EXTERIOR BODY PAINT:
Solid body stain on cedar shingle siding. Color: sand castle.
EXTERIOR TRIM PAINT:
1 coat latex primer and 2 coats latex finish (semi-gloss).
