Woodlawn Avenue is a quiet, scenic and beautiful, tree lined street. The 62,069 sq. ft. lot is fairly flat at the top sloping from back to the front.  The site utilities include town water, sewer, gas, electrical, telephone and cable TV.

The second floor design consists of four bedrooms with 8-foot ceiling heights, each with a full bathroom.  An au pair suite with refreshment area and full bathroom. 
The master bedroom and sitting area with cathedral ceilings and his and hers wardrobe suite, along with the master bath with separate vanities and two person steam and shower room are also located on the second floor.

The lower level consists of a recreational room, cedar storage room, full bath all of which have 9-foot ceiling heights.
