INTERIOR CASING AND BASEBOARD MOULDING:
9 1/4” wood baseboard molding throughout first floor, except closets and half bath, which will be 5 1/4” wood baseboard molding;
9 1/4” wood baseboard molding throughout second floor;
            4 1/4” wood trim on all inside of windows and door casing.

CROWN MOULDING:
Two piece crown molding in living room and three piece crown molding in dining room,library,  kitchen and breakfast area. Second floor bedrooms will have 2 piece crown molding.

WAINSCOATING:
Chair rail and shadow boxing in library and dining room. 

STAIRWAYS:
Curved stairway: mahogany treads, painted pine risers with circular stairs and select mahogany railing (stained and polyurethaned) with iron spindles.

CLOSET SHELVING and HANGING ROD:
Closet design organizer as shown in allowances.
